Titusville Opportunity Park :
Titusville Opportunity Park is home to 23 busineses employing over 230 persons. An eight million dollar expansion was just finished this past summer renovating the Polamco buildings beside the High School Football Field. Other businesses are in the process of expansion and we are please to say our industial park is booming.

Titusville Towne Square:
Titusville Towne Square is in the process of updating its second and third floors. Once renevated, these areas will provide office space and an office incubator.

About TCDA
Titusville Community Development Agencies consist of Titusville Redevelopment Authority, Titusville Industry Fund and Titusville Industrial Development Authority. The Redevelopment Authority manages the Titusville Opportunity Park and Titusville Towne Square along with several loan funds available to local businesses. |
