The Titusville Redevelopment Authority acquired
the former "Armco Steel Property" known as the "Cytemp Division"
consisting of 206 acres, including approximately 670,000 square feet of
industrial buildings. Industrial by-products of environmental concern on
this "Brownfield Site" have been remediated under the guidance of the PA
Department of Environmental Protection and have been granted "Special
Industrial Area" and "Site Specific" relief from liability to the current
and future owners and tenants.
These properties are currently for lease from the TRA at various rates
depending upon the desirability of the tenant, the relative location of
the building and the anticipated demand for space. An extensive
rehabilitation program is expected for the complex, over the next few
years, through the assistance of State, Federal and Local investment.
Initial tenants of the facility are likely to find the most desirable
terms. |
